Yes. Lessons can start with basic words and simple situations, then build toward short conversations at a comfortable pace.
Is this mainly exam preparation?
No. The main service is general, practical English. Exam-focused practice may be included by request, but no exam result or certification is guaranteed.
Where are in-person lessons held?
At an agreed public location or walk-and-talk route in Florence. The exact meeting point is confirmed privately on WhatsApp; no private home address is published.
Who are the lessons for?
The launch service is for adults aged 18 and over, from beginners to learners who want more confident real-life communication.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. With less notice, or for a no-show, the booked lesson is due.
